Finnish & Estonian &
Latvian & Australian Champion SBIS
Mohawk Emale
"Chain"
Date Of Birth: 5th November 1999
Breeder: Vicki Brindle, Australia
Owner: Antti Karppinen & Essi Suominen
Height: 33,5 cm (unofficial)
Weight: ? kg
Chain,
one of Top Winning dogs in Australia, arrived to Finland at the very
beginning of year 2004. He finished his Finnish, Estonian and Latvian
championships with very limited showing during the spring / summer 2004.
After completing those champion statuses, we decided to retire him from
showrings, though who knows, maybe we can be see him at veteran classes..
Chain - not only being beautiful dog - he also has fabulous temperament.
He loves everyone and if you allow, he will put paws on your shoulders and
give you a hug!

(quotations
from his critics, in some cases they're translated from original language
of critic)
"5
years old hairless male, top size, yet he is no way worse and shows great
quality. In head with correct muzzle, good eye. Very well made mature
body, yet not too heavy in bone. Excellent angulation. Trot allows him to
make accuracy and freedom. Presented in excellent condition."
- Howard Odgen, England
"Up tp size, but well proportioned and quite elegant as for cobby
type. Good expression, nice topline, sound movement."
- Januz Opara, Poland
"Attraktiver rüde mit korrekten gebiss, schöner hals, gute olve
linie, korrekt genivinckelt, gute temperament"
- Krystyna Opara, Poland
Few words about Chain at Australian
showscene..
This is what Vicki, Chain's breeder
has told me about Chain's shows at Australia:
"At his first outing at Melbourne CC
Speciality 2000, he was awarded Best Minor In Show under breed specialist
Ms. Karen Ward. At same year he was shown at Melbourne CC Championship
Show, under other breed specialist Mrs Anita Wright and Chain was awarded
Junior In Show.
The following year (2001) he gained many
Best Exhibit in Toy Group awards, for example he went Best In Show at
october 2001 NWS Sydney Speciality, under breedspecialits Mr Peter Taylor
(UK) and the previous weekend at Melbourne 2001 Speciality, he went runner
up to Best Exhibit in Show.
Chain picked up 250 points towards his
Aust Ch status in his first 4 months in the ring, this was reached by
gaining many classes in group and classes in Show awards.
After gaining his Ch status Chain was
shown sparingly, and at year 2003 we dedided to bring him out afain, to
royals and specialities, he concludes his ring career in Australia with
BOB at the Royal Perth Show (october) and BOB at the Sydney Royal Easter
show, where he went on to be 4th best toy from 550 toy entries.
A whirlwind career, with great results in
so few outtings"
